New To Yoga?

Hot Yoga can be scary or intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be! You are always in control of your yoga practice. Everyone was a beginner at some point and had their own “first class experience.”

Read the tips below and save yourself some time at the front desk by creating your profile online.

Which Style?

We recommend starting with a Hatha style class. It is a bit slower paced and allows you to get used to the heat as well as the yoga poses. You can choose whichever one is best for your schedule.

Stay Hydrated

Start hydrating 24-48 hours before your class to give your body the best starting point.

Arrive Early

It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes early and enjoy the heated room prior to class starting. Late arrivals are not allowed in class.

What to bring

Please bring your yoga mat, bath sized towel, water, and maybe a small hand towel to wipe away sweat. We do not have yoga mats to rent or borrow, but if you need one, we have some for sale.

Take a break

During your first yoga class, please feel free to take breaks. You can sit down, lay down, rest, drink water, or find an alternative stretch that is best for you. If you must leave the yoga room, we ask that you do not reenter and check-in with the front desk.

We do have showers in our locker room if you would like to shower after your class or session. Please bring your towel and shower items. If you would like a secure area for your belongings, please bring your own combination lock for the day use lockers.
