-2 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Any no-show or late cancel classes or sauna sessions will be penalized by $20/missed class and/or sauna.

-All State and Country required Covid mandates are enforced (mask at all times until March 12, 2022) and subject to change
-Classes and sauna sessions start on time and late arrivals are not permitted to enter
